Is there a way to make the account management and forum show in dark mode?

    No. You can't change the app to be in dark mode at this time.

    Couldn't find any way to do it in account, that would be cool though.

    At this time, there are no themes available to enable Dark Mode.

    However, there are alternative ways to force websites to display in Dark Mode. You can check your browser's settings to see if this option is available, or you can install a browser extension that provides this functionality.
