Thank you for your interest in Fizz!As Mike RZMAX mentioned, upgrading your mobile plan requires a manual plan change request from your end. To do this, log in to your Fizz account and navigate to: My Plans → Manage Plan → Change My Plan
Once the change request has been submitted, the new plan will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.
