    Hello Mike D. #16494,
I am sorry for the situation you have encountered.
I have verified your modem and I can see that its signals were outside our norms for a few days.
Can you please unplug the modem from the power outlet, followed by the coaxial cable from both ends and then switch the heads as in the one that was initially going to the modem move to the socket and the one that went in the socket screw it tightly in the modem and plug the modem to a different power outlet?

Please also try a factory reset by holding the reset button pressed for 20 seconds. The button is located on the back of the modem above the ethernet sockets.
Once you proceed, the network name will become visible on your device, indicated by the label found on the back of the modem, accompanied by "Easy Connect".
To connect, simply click on the network name and enter the default password located on the back of the modem.
When you have successfully set up the modem, you will need to reconnect your devices using the updated network name and password.
You can see more details regarding this here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-install-my-wi-fi-modem (#5).

If none of the above work, please further contact us on chat to verify the issue further.
I hope you have a pleasant day!
