Closing a Discussion

If I started a discussion, is there a way for me to close it when the question is answered?

    I think you are right. I found this related question where a moderator said: "Discussions on the Fizz forum are typically closed by the moderators, often referred to as Whizzies." (https://forum.fizz.ca/en/discussion/2656980/how-does-a-discussion-get-closed)

    I am not sure, maybe if you select one answer as the best answer?

    I don't think selecting a best answer necessarily closes the discussion. But perhaps doing so will tip off a moderator.

    Hello @makejopa ,
    The threads you open can be closed only by a moderator.
    Only moderators can close a thread you open. Marking a reply as the Best Answer won't close the thread; it simply highlights that response and moves it to the top so other members can find the solution more easily.
