If you leave Fizz and then return, do you start at zero for accumulating points or do you get back the rewards you had earned before leaving?

    I hope my message finds you well.
    If you leave Fizz and later decide to come back, your previous My Rewards progress, points, and perks are generally not restored automatically. Once an account is closed, any rewards associated with that account may be lost. You can find the information here in this FAQ: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/unsubscribe
    In short, it's safest to assume that you would start over with earning points and progressing through the My Rewards program after leaving and rejoining.

    If you don't close your account you'll keep your level but any rewards associated with a plan would be lost; referral bonus, upgrades and such.
