After verifying I noticed that your internet plan is active and your modem is online with no signal degradation detected.
Since the PlayStation account works on mobile data and the issue appears to be related only to the Fizz internet connection, please try rebooting the modem by unplugging the cables for 30 seconds and then plug them back in, making sure they are properly plugged on both ends. Also, restart the PlayStation and test the connection again.
If the issue persists, perform a factory reset of the modem, by pressing the reset button with a small, sharp object for 10 seconds. Does a wired connection work?
If not. Unplug fizz modem and coaxial cable. And on the Playstation sign out of account (on your cellular network if needed). Then go to the wifi settings and remove the home internet network by the forget network option. And then turn off Playstation and completely unplug. After 10 min turn back everything on and try reconnecting to the home wifi again.
