Router set up but no plan on profile

just got my router in the mail, completely set up, it's working but EXTREMELY slow. went onto my profile and there is nothing pending activation, it doesn't even show that I've got a subscription. How do I activate my plan?

    Hello tawa,

    Verifying your Fizz account, your internet plan is active and in good standing, the modem appears as online and providing a proper speed.
    The plan is visible under My plans. Please make sure that you login with the correct account in order to work.
    Related to the slow speed, can you please restart the modem and devices and test to see if the issue persists?
