Verifying your Fizz account, your internet plan is active and in good standing, the modem appears as online and providing a proper speed.
The plan is visible under My plans. Please make sure that you login with the correct account in order to work.
Related to the slow speed, can you please restart the modem and devices and test to see if the issue persists?
