I have no internet for 30 minutes now. What is happening? I already tried to restart the módem and it doesn’t work. I need to work!

     Verifying further, your modem appears online now and providing a proper speed.
    I notice also that some of the modem signals are not within the limits, it can cause the disconnections, there is a maintenance work in your area related to that and the technicians are working to fix it in the shortest time possible.

    Try contacting support. Perhaps internet is down in your neighbourhood.
