Why does answering machine tell me my PIN is wrong

Here's how you can reset your PIN:
If you forgot your PIN:
You can modify it from your Fizz account under My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Parameters > PIN to Access Your Voicemail.

Please set a new PIN from your Fizz account via My plans - Manage - Advanced Parameters - PIN to Access Your Voicemail

Be sure to not set a PIN like 1234 or 0000 as our system won`t accept it.
Restart the device and check if the PIN works afterwards.
If you are still having issues, reach our customer service for further investigations.
