Hello @Meemaw12 ,
We are sorry for the issue encountered.
Verifying your account, you have placed an eSIM swap and it is completed. The mobile plan is active and functional.
Please make sure that the eSIM is turned on into your phone, restart your phone and test to see if works.

Hi,
Check the apn settings as described in
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn
Then reboot device to enroll on network and see if that helps.

To fix your Fizz eSIM showing "Emergency Calls Only," you likely need to trigger the manual activation transfer from your Fizz account dashboard or verify that the eSIM line is fully enabled in your new phone's cellular settings.
Unlike physical SIM cards, Fizz eSIMs cannot just be swapped over; a new eSIM profile must be generated and activated through your account for the new device.
Follow these steps in order to get connected:
Finalize the Transfer in Your Account. If you simply scanned a QR code but did not trigger the transfer on the backend, the eSIM will not pull a signal.Log into your account on the Fizz Official Website.
Navigate to My plans > Manage my plan > Install my eSIM.
Look for a green button that says Start the transfer and click it.Note: If you are porting your number from a different carrier to Fizz, you must reply "YES" to the authorization text sent to your old phone/SIM within 90 minutes.
Verify Phone Settings. Your new phone might have the profile downloaded but turned off.
For iPhone: Go to Settings > Cellular. Tap your Fizz eSIM and ensure Turn On This Line is toggled ON.
For Android: Go to Settings > Connections / Network & Internet > SIM Manager. Make sure the Fizz eSIM is toggled ON and set as your primary choice for Mobile Data and Calls.
Turn on Data Roaming: Fizz uses partner networks extensively across Canada. Make sure Data Roaming is turned ON within your eSIM network settings.Clear Network Caches. A stuck carrier configuration often causes the "emergency calls" loop on brand-new, non-carrier devices.
Turn on Airplane Mode for 10 seconds, then turn it off.
If that fails, perform a Network Reset to flush out the glitch.iPhone: Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Android: Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Reboot your phone immediately after resetting.
