In this situation, I highly recommend and kindly invite you to delete your browser history together with the cache memory and cookies before you try again to log into your Fizz account.To instantly clear your browser's cache, the fastest method is to press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac) while your browser is open. This works for most major browsers and opens the cache-clearing menu directly.
Google Chrome: Click the three dots (top right) ➔ Delete browsing data ➔ check Cached images and files ➔ choose the time range ➔ click Delete data.
Microsoft Edge: Click the three dots ➔ Settings ➔ Privacy, search, and services ➔ Choose what to clear ➔ check Cached images and files ➔ click Clear now.
