When will my free month reward appear?

I used the promo code "FUNZZ" for the 1 free month of home internet offer and activated last week, but I haven't been able to see the reward in my Rewards. Anyone knows when the reward is expected to appear?

    Under the "FUNZZ" Moving Promotion terms, your free month of Home Internet is issued as a My Rewards perk. For this specific campaign, perks are systematically released after your service has been active for a full 60 days and you have completed your second monthly payment.

    As @BeakBird  and @G225 code IRSGE  informed you before, the perk of 1 month free internet service will be applied on your Fizz member account within 60 days manually by our dedicated team. Your free month (up to $100) is issued as a My Rewards perk and is valid for 30 days from the deposit date. Activate it on your Home Internet plan in your current Fizz account before it expires. Once activated, it will be applied automatically to your next payment. Any unused credit will not carry over.
