Missing TSN Channels After Subscription Purchase

I subscribed to Fizz TV specifically to watch the FIFA World Cup matches. However, after activating my subscription, I can only access TSN2 and TSN5.

When I purchased the TSN package, my understanding was that I would have access to all TSN channels, not just two of them. Many World Cup matches are being broadcast across different TSN channels, and the current setup prevents me from watching all the games I expected to have access to.

I would like to understand why only TSN2 and TSN5 are available on my account. If the package I purchased does not include all TSN channels, this was not made sufficiently clear during the subscription process.

Could you please explain:

Why only TSN2 and TSN5 are showing on my account?
Whether access to TSN1, TSN3, and TSN4 should be included in my subscription.
If not, why this limitation was not clearly disclosed before purchase.

Frankly, I subscribed specifically for World Cup coverage, and discovering that most of the TSN channels are unavailable after payment is extremely frustrating and makes little sense from a customer perspective.
