I have paid twice for a travel add on for France, I still get the message "your current plan cannot"

I have money in the wallet. I paid twice for a travel add on. I constantly get "you current plan does allow to ... " when I try to phone or receive a call.
Honnestly this is driving me crazy. ... please someone help, I think the lack of support is not acceptable after having paid so much for a service that seems simple.

    Hello @pjbfizz. I am sorry for this situation that you encountered. Following my verification I can see on your account that you have a data travel add-on. The 2 add-ons for international calls are regular add-ons that allow you to make international calls to France from Canada. If you are in France now, you will need to buy a travel add-on, to make calls in France. To buy a travel add-on log into your Fizz account under My plans > Manage plan > Travel. Enter your destination. The site will show the prices for the available Travel Add-ons. You have all the necessary information related to the travel add-ons here in this file: I’m travelling outside my coverage area. What are my options? | Fizz

    please give a solution to this - what are we paying for when paying for add on if we cannot give or receive call abroad ???
