Voicemail not working when phone is off or in airplane mode
I’m using Fizz Mobile and have the Voicemail add-on enabled.
When my iPhone is turned off or in Airplane Mode, incoming calls do not go to voicemail properly.
The caller hears complete silence. The call timer starts counting as if the call has connected, but there is:
* No greeting
* No voicemail prompt
* No beep
* No way to leave a message
After about 30–60 seconds, the call disconnects automatically, still with no audio or message at any point.
I can access my voicemail manually and it works normally when I dial in.
I also checked my call forwarding settings:
* Busy → +15146470999
* Unanswered → +15146470999
* Unreachable → +15146470999
All forwarding settings appear to be enabled correctly.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is this a voicemail provisioning issue on the Fizz side?

All Fizz voice mail is now visual voicemail.

Sorry to hear about the isssue.
I verified your account and it appears that yes, you do have the Voicemail option enabled.
If you are having issues, please try the steps BradDoell shared with you earlier to reset your phone`s network settings.
What could also help in the same time would be to remove the Sim card from your phone and test it in another device to see if you have the same issue.

Reset your cell phone's network settings. This will force the phone to re-authenticate.
