Can't call no area code number in BC

I tried to call the BC mental health crisis line and it didn't work even though it's supposed to be toll free :(

    I’m sorry for the situation you have encountered.

    Please try to factory reset your phone's network by following these steps: Android: Settings → System → Reset options → Reset cellular network settings or iOS: Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset → Reset Network Settings. Once that's done, verify if the phone will restart by itself. If it will not, manually restart it then turn on airplane mode for 10 seconds, then turn it back off.

    Please also try to make a call by dialing #8378 on your mobile phone to verify if it is compatible with the Fizz network.
