Phone factory reset when eSIM is installed

Thank you for describing your request to us.
If you are going to factory reset the phone, you will need to change the eSIM as it won't be installed on your phone anymore.
You can change your SIM card directly in your Fizz member account. Log in to your Fizz account and go to My Plans → Manage My Plan → Change My SIM Card. Please refer to this procedure on our website for more information: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-can-i-change-sim-associated-my-mobile-plan
