How To Get Help - Chat Button Does NOTHING

I am so frustrated, it's unbearable!! Clicking the "Start a chat" button does nothing. I tried different browsers, different devices, and then again using incognito mode, still can't contact customer support. I have been trying to change my number now for over a month and keep getting errors. I had a ticket opened and got a reply today saying "it should be fixed, go ahead and try again" and then they closed my ticket. The issue is not fixed. And this has become too much. It shouldn't be this difficult, both not being able to contact support, and of course, why I can't change my phone number. So now what do I do?
