Why is my account data usage meter not appearing anymore after I login?
This morning my data stopped working so I logged in to check my usage and could not see my plan, my usage, even my previous payments.. What is happening?? My android phone says an error message that your fizz account may be out of data and has an exclamation mark on the network bars. My husband is also on fizz and his shows up and works fine. It was all working fine before today. Texting and calling still works. If someone can please help, that would be very much appreciated.

Hi,
You can try using private browsing or disabling browser add-ons when logging in, sometimes that helps. I usually just wait a few minutes and log in again.0 -
