Cell reception issues after travel

Hi, I've had good reception until leaving to travel in Asia for 3 months. I left in February 2026. I have not changed my phone and I have still have the same 4g plan as before (my phone would be compatible with 5g).

Now I have only 1 bar, when I make a call it's takes a minute to connect (after connecting the sound is good).

Sometimes I don't receive calls at all other times I see someone called but it didn't ring.

Internet over data works without problems.

    I am sorry for the issue encountered.
    Verifying your account, I notice that your plan is active and in good standing.
    To fix it please  proceed with a reset of your network settings, restart your phone and make sure that the operating system is up to date.
