Is it Fizz or Freedom they can't call?

Are they fighting with each other through their clients?

Freedom can't call Rogers but Fizz can.
Rogers can't call Freedom.
I tried both.0 -
@Whizz Can you tell something about this situation.

Maybe just system issues. Did it fix now?

What is Fizz Freedom?
Fizz is separate from Freedom.
I don't have a problem calling Fizz from Rogers.
I am currently on Fizz-EXT though.
I can't call Freedom from Rogers.0 -
Fizz mobile is owned by the same company as Freedom Mobile and Videotron. If you're having issues calling Fizz from a Rogers cell, try changing the Fizz EXT tower you're connected to. If you're on an iPhone, go to Settings - Cellular, select your Fizz phone number, and go to network selection. After you turn the Automatic switch off, you'll see the networks available in your area.
If you see Fizz, select that network.
If your phone is connected to the Fizz EXT network, open the dialer, and enter 3001#12345# and press call.
This will show you information about the cell tower you're currently connected to. If you are connected to a Freedom tower, the PLMN will show up as 302 490. That means that you're using the main Fizz network. If you're on Fizz EXT, the PLMN will show up as 302 720 (Rogers), 302 610 (Bell), or 302 220 (TELUS).
If you're having issues connecting through the EXT network on one of those operators, select each available option until you get a stable connection.
