I am sorry for the issue encountered.
Verifying your account, the mobile plan is active and the eSIM status appears as enabled.
Please make sure that it's status is ON under your phone, restart it and reset the network settings then test to see if you are able to use the services.

Hello
If your phone is an android you can go in Setting/Network and Internet/ you should see an option for SIMs where you can enable/disable your E-SIM and physical sim.
