Unable to activate my eSIM

Hello
I subscribe to an eSIM but I am unable to activate it
As you can see, the eSIM is installed. It has firt appears as activated but nom it is not and I am unable to lock on the cellular network
Can you help me please?

    I am sorry for the issue encountered.

    Verifying your account, the mobile plan is active and the eSIM status appears as enabled.

    Please make sure that it's status is ON under your phone, restart it and reset the network settings then test to see if you are able to use the services.
