IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRANSFER WALLET FUNDS BACK TO BANK ACCOUNT

I accidentally transfered money into my wallet and now ive realized i cannot use that money to pay my phone bill and would just really like my money back.. has this happened to anyone can i undo this somehow

    Hello @melymelmels_66 ,

    I am sorry for the issue encountered.

    The Wallet allows you to add and keep funds that can be used for Pay As You Go minutes, text messages, international calling minutes, and roaming services. It is not possible to pay for your monthly plan using the money from the Wallet.

    If you want, you can keep the amount to use it later, if not, please contact us by chat to assist you further for refunding it.
