About your Referral bonus you should have received it a long time ago if you used a referral code when you suscribded your first plan. You can always verify referal bonus used to reduce your plan in your Fizz account. Just click on Overview<Details of my reward program<My crew<Referral bonuses.

But the best way to progress is always to participe most often you can on the forum. Publish your referral code each day (twice a day in boths sections of the forum (paying attention to write your message in the appropriate language)
