Travel package
Hi , I purchased a travel package for France. My phone connect to the carrier but no text or data work. Do I have to enable roaming ?

Please make sure that you have the roaming feature enabled, else your service won`t work without it.
After enabling your roaming - restart your phone and test your service to see if it works.
If it doesn`t - please try to run a network settings reset ( depending on your phone model this option can vary from software to software ).
A quick Google check can help you find out how to reset the settings for your specific model.
