I am a new member of the community, having recently switched over from Lucky Mobile. While I am generally enjoying the service, I have noticed some connectivity issues, such as buffering during YouTube videos and lag during online gaming, which I wanted to bring to your attention.
Additionally, I have found it quite challenging to locate a SIM card in the Ottawa area. Despite checking several Circle K locations throughout 2026, I have not yet had any success. If anyone could recommend a specific store or location that consistently carries Fizz SIM cards, I would be very grateful for the help. Thank you in advance!

    Verifying your account, your plan is active and in good standing.

    Fizz mobile service, like most mobile providers in Canada, operates through fixed ground-based antennas.

    Because of this, the signal can naturally be weakened or disrupted in certain areas by environmental features or man-made structures. If the network signal is weak, your phone may be connected to an antenna that is not in an optimal location for you to access the network.

    To fix it, please restart your phone and reset the network settings.
