why does the mobile app not load on my phone

We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Please restart your phone and make sure that the operating system is up to date.
Also please make sure that you have a stable internet connection and turn off VPN if you are using one, as @Mike RZMAX suggested too.
You can try also to uninstall the app then reinstall it.
