I cannot place calls
I have the error message Not registered on network when I place a call.
The chatbot could not resolve the issue and announced me that my phone was not compatible with Fizz services anymore. How is that possible? How was I not made aware?
I would like immediate resumption of the call service since I pay every month for that.

Hello @Leli22 ,
I am sorry for the issue encountered.
Verifying your account, the mobile plan is active and you also have unlimited minutes included.
Please make sure that you are under the coverage area, also restart your phone, reset the network settings and test to see if works after.
Make sure that you are using a Volte compatible phone with Fizz, here you can find the models:https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices
To test if your phone is compatible make a call by dialling #TEST (#8378) from your phone and listen to the voicemail.
If you hear confirmation that your call was made over the LTE-4G network, you’re all set. If you hear a different message or the call doesn’t go through, your call couldn’t use VoLTE.
If your phone is compatible and you are still not able to make calls after the steps provided, please contact us by chat to assist you further:https://fizz.ca/en/support
Thank you for your cooperation.
Have a great day!

What phone model do you have?
You may want to check the list of Fizz compatible phones here:

That sounds quite frustrating. If you haven't already done so, power cycling your phone may help.
It could also be your phone does not use VoLTE. The shutdown of 2g/3g services is underway across Canada (and from what I understand already completed in the US) and soon all carriers will require VoLTE.
