I may think to get Fizz TV in the future.

Anyone know if this is worth it and if there's any lag/signal issues with the TV channels?

Being able to add channels directly from the account is a welcome improvement. I hope Fizz adds the option to remove channels online soon too, since customers should be able to adjust their plans without contacting support.

This is an older thread. It's now possible to also swap/remove channels without contacting support. A couple of caveats are you need to have had the channel in place for 30 days and can't do so within the 3 day freeze at the end of your cycle.
Also, if you are upgrading or downgrading (i.e. changing the number of subscribed channels, as opposed to just swapping selections and keeping the same number of channels) you are subject to current rates for the resulting number of channels, which may be more than you had been paying before.

However, there are a few important caveats to keep in mind:
- 30-day requirement: You must have had a channel for at least 30 days before you can swap it out.
- 3-day freeze window: You cannot make channel changes during the 3-day freeze period right before the end of your billing cycle.
- Changing the number of channels: If you upgrade or downgrade (meaning you change the total number of subscribed channels rather than just swapping one selection for another), you will be subject to current pricing rates for your new plan size. If you were on an older promotional rate, changing your total channel count might increase your overall monthly price compared to what you were paying before.
