Refund for SIM card not activated and I will not be activated

Hello fizz

Please kindly refund my money for I am not being able to complete the process of activating my fizz sim card.

    I have cancelled the request and refunded you as requested.
    You can view the refund in your account under My settings>Transaction history.
    Please allow a few working days for the refund to be available in your bank account.
