Hello @Travel_2026 ,
Thank you for your collaboration.
As @MobileFizzer_VBMV6 said, travel add-ons are active immediately and they are valid until the end of your next payment cycle.
To see your options you can access My plans, Manage, Travel Add-Ons.

They will start immediately, however, you can only use them while at your destination. They are valid for the remainder of your current and your entire next billing cycle though, so anywhere between one and two months. In most cases, it wouldn't matter, if you'd get them a couple of days early.

You can buy Fizz Travel add-ons a few days before your trip. They are activated the moment you purchase them, not when you arrive, but they only become usable once you start roaming in your destination. They are valid for the remainder of your current payment cycle plus the entire next one.

The addon will no expire until the end of the next billing cycle. If you buy it when yoyu half way through your current billing cycle, it'll expire in about 45 days.
Data is used in order from the first to expire to last.
If you have unlimited minutes in your regular plan, addon shouldn't be used for that too, before you leave your coverage zone, so you could purchase it before leaving and according to your plan.0 -
You can buy it before your trip.

If i buy minutes of travel add ons for my destination, do i have to wait to be there to buy them, or i can buy them a few days before and they will start only when i get to my destination?I recently went to Portugal. I activated a perk of datas for other country just when I got in the country because this gift was only for seven days. I paid a few cents from my Wallet when I used Wi-Fi to activate my perks. And all was perfect.
But the travel add-on are good until the next payment cycle. More info there
