How does this forum compare to the Subreddit

Hey 👋. Been a fizz customer for almost 2 years and just found out about this forum. Seems like a good place to get answers. Should I default to this forum over the subreddit?

    I don't know if this is the case on Subreddit, but here you sometimes get answers from moderators who are Fizz employees, so in my opinion, it's more reliable to ask your questions here. And as mentioned above, you earn Fizz points when you answer other people's questions!

    Does the subreddit also have official announcements? I.E promotions, changes and such..

    If you take the time to read the guidelines here, this sub is the official one but you cannot talk negatively about fizz and compare it,

    I love fizz it's great, but it still means that the subreddit is more open to various discussion with no limitation, but there is more people on this official forum since we earn point.

    I think fizz should call them ''Fizzdelity Point''
