Mobile Data is spotty in Montreal?

I'm in montreal and I have Samsung A35. for few days, I notice the Data for my Mobile is very spotty. Like you access internet, it work for few minute and it get hang for few minute then get the data back. it like have a high ping or lost data signal and cycle repeat. the calling is good. I still have 10Gigs in my account. It really frustrating when you go to counter and you can't access the payment from the phone or the scan code from your phone and you need to wait for few minute to access. Did anyone have experience it? When I check the status it say everything is good.

    Hi,
You can verify your network settings in under SIM or Networks in android, then try to reregister on network by toggling airplane mode for a minute or restarting the phone and see if that makes a difference.

Indeed I am often experiencing this issue (no Internet or it's very slow and unusable) around McGill Metro station.

    Hello everyone,

There were a few issues in certain regions with the service in genera due to recent weather conditions, but everything should be remedied.

Please make sure that you have the correct APN settings installed in your mobile device :
    APN: mobile.bm
    MMSC: http://mms.mobile.bm
    MMS proxy: mmsproxy.mobile.bm
    MMS port: 80
    APN type: default,mms,supl

( they can be found here also : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn )

If anything you can also reset the phone`s network settings and restart the phone to test the service.

You can also reach us via Live chat for further investigations also.

Thank you all for your understanding.
