No, there isn't.
However, you can bookmark https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/account/plan in your phone's browser, have the browser remember your Fizz password for an auto-login and then put the bookmark on your phone’s home screen as an icon just like any other app.
Done, you made yourself a "Fizz App".
