S22. I can't send images

I recently signed up for Fizz and am a little frustrated that I can't send photos. I did the whole APN settings walkthrough tutorial and manually did it through the settings on my phone and it still says not sent. touch to retry. I've tried a few different messaging apps. Anything else I can do?

    I am sorry for the issue encountered.
    Verifying your account your plan is active and also includes mobile data and texts, meaning that you are able to send MMS.
    Please make sure that the operating system of your phone is up to date, reset the network settings and test to see how it works.

    Are you able to use any other software that uses data like email, web browsers?
    There are three S22 phones that are officially supported :
    Galaxy S22 5G, S22+ 5G and Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G

    Your question is a bit vague. How do you want to send the photos?

    • Whatsapp (or similar messenger)
    • Upload to social media app
    • MMS
    • RCS
    • QuickShare
    • USB data cable

    It's hard to determine, what service exactly you are struggling with.

    First off do you have a data plan or just calling and text. In order to send images through text you need data.
