Internet connection not available despite unplugging and restarting?
Around the last extra cold spell weekend, the power grid around my area had problems leading to the internet being down. It’s down again today. However, nowhere on the website is this information announced and neither do the customer service agents usually know. How long will the connection be gone this time?
