I have verified your Fizz member account, and I can see that the appointment with the technician you chose is February 3, 2026, between 12:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M.
You can also see this information in your Fizz member account → My plans → Manage my plan → Installations.
Please note that even if you choose self-installation, sometimes a technician is needed to verify your coaxial outlet and be sure that the internet services will work smoothly.
