I investigated your Fizz account and I noticed that the reason mobile data was not working is because your ran out of data for the current cycle.
I can see that in the meantime you contacted us on our live chat and one of our agents informed you about the data perks available in your Fizz account. The perk used is currently active and your data should be working now. In case you still encounter issues, please try to restart your phone again.

If it is Android, manually choose the Fizz-Ext network.
