Does Fizz actually have the ability to fix bugs?
The bug preventing perks from being activated has been going on for five days now, and there’s still been no update, no notification, and no clear timeline. If this issue can’t be fixed, at least be honest with your customers so they can switch to another provider instead of being left waiting like this.
