Why isn't anyone answering in the Chat section? I didn't have any trouble chatting with someone yesterday night.

The chat support is only available 8AM to 1AM EST. Were you out of these hours perhaps?

Chat work great with private mode of your browser.

Maybe they're busy. You can just leave message, they'll fix easy issues themselves if they can.
