my qr code for esim is not scannable , there is no data !

Thank you for letting us know about this situation.
I want to inform you that a QR code for an eSIM can only be scanned once. In case you installed the eSIM and then deleted it, this issue is normal.
I verified your account and I can see that in the meantime you complete a SIM change to a physical SIM card. In case you still want to use an eSIM, I want to inform you that you have the option to install it manually, without the QR code.
