unable to transfer phone number
Hi,
I am trying to transfer my friend's phone number from Public Mobile to Fizz.
However, I am having issues with the "next" button during the process
After entering the phone number, the "next" button is still "grey" color. I cannot go to the next step.
I already tried a different browser and cleared your cache.....

Hi,
I am stuck at the step 2.
I am unable to click on the 'next' button after entering the phone number I want to transfer.
Maybe because it's Public Mobile cellphone number, so I tried to enter my other Rogers cellphone number. I also tried a different browser, my cellphone, cleared the cache, used the incognito mode... etc...
