I am sorry to hear about the uncomfortable situation that you had to go through.

As the email address associated with your Fizz account was changed, I cannot identify your account using your forum profile. Because of this, I cannot check the status of the situation mentioned.

A- Oh yeah, the issue was solved by me providing all the proof and security loopholes you have ion the website etc to the bank and the police. the bank clawed back the money and good luck Fizz proving that the transaction was secure. With this incident, I realized that Fizz aka Videotron does have a behavior analytics, it was introduced a decade ago to spot unusual customer behavior I have a 6 years+ account and all of a sudden I add an e-sim plan!! when, if you check my daily Internet usage was 0.0 bits 2 months before. If I needed it I would've took it when Internet usage dropped not a month 14 days after I get back home and contacted you about it. Like I told the fake security expert who called me, I never shared or share my email go search for it yourself. I have it for 20+ years now never had a problem. If it was leaked it is because your website was hacked.

This is an horror story, but are you sure the hacker/thief get the CC from Fizz?

my CC and all related stuff are ok. The Fizz account that what was hacked, since transactions in Fizz website aren't F2A no confirmation was needed. more over when you report an issue, usually they would've stop the plan and refund. BUT NOOOOO they kept the plan till next billing to justify a 2ed month charge duh!!! billed the 11th and called 14th October had to wait till 14 November and the plan is still on my account waiting to be reactivated!! I asked to delete it Answer: we can't, now support says they'll open a ticket for it. this can be done with a button since no billing nothing a deactivated account. this only proves how secure things are. I am waiting for the tech team to respond to my ticket to delete this fraudulent mobile account.

I guy from Dakar Senegal called me, with main intent to change my email that is security improvement. when I asked about 2 factor authentication on any transaction like most provider do, he said we do!!!! when? I never received a confirmation request to validate the transaction on my email. Since obviously I had Internet Only since 2019!!

Fizz doesn't support all prepaid card sadly
A- it is a bit tricky you need to schedule a reminder monthly on your calendar 1 day before billing happens, login to your account go to plan and make a payment. that's what I am doing right now works like a charm.

lets face it as long as they have access to your money and less secure transactions. they're response will be it is all on you deal with it, better be safe than sorry. I got a prepaid card just for Fizz 0.0$ extra. They can even hack the entire company no money no fraudulent transactions B)
