Is Fizz supporting the frauds? Prepaid credit card is the solution

I got hacked,
hacker subscribed to a phone plan while I was a broad. FIZZ sent me just an email there was no validation. They even used a credit card that was changed 3 months before, When I realized the fraud I called them. Frizz response, they didn't even proceed with the phone plan cancellation I had to do it(so they can say the costumer did it) and block the hackers phone as well listed on the account. 14 days later I realize that the plan is still active. they even had the arrogance to tell me that it was may be the hacker who cancelled the deactivation of the phone plan, and that even if I change my password which is in my mind I need to change my email(that is 2FA+strict rules for security) when I asked how -> "**We will call you to confirm your identity, then you will provide us with your new email address, which we will escalate to the fraud team. In the meantime, your account will be blocked. Once the issue has been resolved, we will make the change directly. **" implying, the security issue is with my email not sloppy transaction validation nor the authentication. Basically Videotron is putting the least effort in Fizz(Kudos for adding the chat button under the help menu).
1H on chat plus 40min the rep kept reading a script. I dismantlement all his claims about security, at the end of the call he tells me now try to keep your account more secure, buh.

SOLUTION
PUT A PREPAID CREDIT CARD NEVER TRUST FIZZ I WAS HERE SINCE 2019 I AM NOT SOME NEW GUY WITH MOTIVES.

If I understand correctly, it was Fizz who called him, not the other way around.

Ohhhh my... Several years ago there were cases of SIM swap at Fizz and many users started to ask about 2FA/MFA, since then nothing has been done.

@Whizz when 2FA/MFA will be implemented? We are in 2025 when it's a must.

Are you sure? Their FAQ says otherwise.

Are you sure? Their FAQ says otherwise.

    https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use

    Read completely

A pre-paid Visa or Mastercard (example: Vanilla card) can be used to make a payment, but only for one-time payments

Recurrent monthly payments cannot be planned with a Vanilla prepaid card. Each month, you must make a one-time payment to pay for the upcoming month, otherwise your services will remain unpaid and may be suspended. Please note that the total amount of your bill must be paid in a single transaction — it cannot be split between multiple credit cards.

I'm sorry, but YOU should read it completely. It explicitly says the exact opposite, that prepaid cards are in fact supported:

Recurrent monthly payments cannot be planned with a Vanilla prepaid card. Each month, you must make a one-time payment to pay for the upcoming month, otherwise your services will remain unpaid and may be suspended.
    Here’s how:
Wait at the end of your payment cycle when your monthly payment fails. You’ll receive an email and a message in your Fizz account will indicate the deadline by which your payment must be made, i.e. within the next 72 hours.
Sign in to your account > My plans.
Click on the “Proceed to payment” button and follow the steps.

That’s for one time payment you cannot auto pay with the prepaid

If you wanna always manually pay be my guest

If the hacker swap your SIM, he can login your bank account and move your money. It's not only your credit card.
