I switch my plan every 3 months, 1st month with sufficient data to rollover then the next 2 months with no data0

Try to get in touch with customer service when you can't light up a badge. Some badges have bug in activation1

Hi everyone! I'm happy to have found Fizz. So many people I know are paying way more for their plans, so I'm glad to be able to offer them an alternative. People are hesitant, asking, "is this too good to be true?" but so far I've really appreciated Fizz.

The perks and badge systems are pretty fun with Fizz. I would reccomend adding Friends and family members to your group who have Fizz and send them a little bit of data once a month to start leveling up. Its a mini game / phone provider all in one!1

I would say that the best thing is the points. You can easily collect them by using the forum, but also just by having fizz for a long time. They are really useful! They allow you to lower the price of your plans and increase your available data. It requires almost no effort and the benefits are not a gimmick. Tip: use the points! And bonus, gifting data to stranger in need makes me feel good (and gives me points). 1

One of the first things I'd recommend is taking time to browse through the FAQ and pinned posts. They answer most common questions and save you from asking something that's already been covered. I also suggest introducing yourself in the introductions thread so members can get to know you and offer personalized recommendations.0

Hello Fizz community, I just ported my number over from Freedom Mobile to an esim with zero issues. Everything went exactly as described in the steps to follow. My new account was active within minutes (pretty impressive especially for a Saturday)!0
