I can only receive text but can not send

iPhone11 with eSIM, new activation with unlimited call and text plan. I can only receive text but can not send. I've tried reset Network Setting, restart the phone. Still can not send text. Receiving and making calls work. only sending text does not work. Any idea?

    Aside from this,

    make sure you update to the most recent iOS version. Then, go to Settings->General->About. If you get a popup about a Carrier Settings Update, make sure to install it.
    Check the app "Messages" from Apple is installed and make it the default messaging app, Settings->Apps->Default Apps.
    Go to Settings->Apps->Messages and disable all of the following:

    • iMessage
    • RCS Messaging
    • MMS Messaging

    and see if you then can send a simple legacy text message, i.e. only English alphabet text characters, no pictures or any media other than English text.
    Once that works, you can work your way backwards to turn the fancy stuff back on one-by-one and see what breaks it.

    iPhone messages use data by default (blue messages) but can be sent as a text message (green message)
    Check your message settings to ensure the they are originating from your phone number and not an email address.

    iPhone11 and iOS 18.7.2. How to set SMSC number?

    I can receive call and text message and I can call same contact. but can not send text message. send iMessage works though.

    I can send text message when wifi or cellular data is on. But if no wifi and cellular data, I can not send text message.
