Anyone has problem transferring number to Fizz today (2025/11/29)
Tried to kickoff the number transfer from Fido to Fizz since this morning. The after I click on the "Start..." button, it just kept busy rolling forever. I am pretty sure the information (number / existing Fido account, etc.) is correct. I also try to connect with Fizz help representative but got no one. Just wonder if it is Fizz system problem or something else. Any help is appreciated!

Try to clear your cash, cookies or try in Incognito mode.

Did you check with your previous/current provider? The line has to remain active for the duration of the porting process and some companies require "unlocking" porting beforehand.
