Porting number - how long?

I signed up on Saturday, it’s now Monday, my number is still pending activation with fizz and Roger’s tells me they’ve not received a port request yet.

Any insights into where i go from here?

    We appreciate your interest in our services.

    Verifying your account, your esim is installed but the button to start the transfer is not pressed.

    Please access My plans, Install my eSIM, press button Start the transfer.

    Once you press it, the authorisation request will be sent on the previous provider SIM card, please make sure you accept it.

    Once accepted, the transfer will be made in maximum 2 hours.
