Unable to change my phone plan
I have been with Fizz less than a year but I encountered this issue for the 8th times already... I change my plan at the middle of the payment cycle and I also received the email confirmation of that. What's going on Fizz? I already reported the same issue last month, I can't believe it's still not fixed. Anyone have the same issue?

There are quite a few posts mentioning the same issue, unfortunately I don't think there's any fix to this, you'll have to either try again or contact support via chat
