Unable to change my phone plan

I have been with Fizz less than a year but I encountered this issue for the 8th times already... I change my plan at the middle of the payment cycle and I also received the email confirmation of that. What's going on Fizz? I already reported the same issue last month, I can't believe it's still not fixed. Anyone have the same issue?

There are quite a few posts mentioning the same issue, unfortunately I don't think there's any fix to this, you'll have to either try again or contact support via chat

You are not alone, if you contact support by chat from your account they can help you and probably give you a month free for the trouble
